I popped into Honda Hatfields today totally unannounced with my seat jammed in the locked position (my error) on my Honda VFR 1200 Crosstourer.Chris and Martin were superb, came to my rescue after some time the three of released the seat lock mechanism (cable had become detached).I am a sporadic customer of Hatfields not a regular customer (I will visit more regularly), despite this they dropped everything they were doing to fix my issue.I can't recommend this smaller independent dealer enough, service like this is exceptional and keeps the manufacturer's products on the road.Furthermore, Adam in Parts also assisted me last weekly very promptly and professionally providing an email quote for a 'goodwill claim' with Honda.Another 'string to their bow' is that Hatfield now sell Royal Enfield's, great to see these good value bikes 'in the flesh'. I will be going back with a group of neighbours' on their bikes to visit this showroom.Thanks again to the entire team at Hatfield's, I left the premises with a huge smile on my face after they fixed the issue with the bike.Keep up the great work, hope the business bounces back after the quieter times of the Pandemic.
